As a vegan, I know that taking vitamins is a good idea, as it’s important to ensure you’re getting all the right vitamins and minerals every single day. While multivitamins aren’t a replacement for a healthy diet, they’re vital if you want to make sure you aren’t missing out on anything.

Feel Focus is a multivitamin designed to help with brain health and to increase cognitive abilities, including your mental focus, concentration, learning, and memory.

Feel Focus

I’ve taken Feel Focus for the last month to see if it could help me to improve my overall focus and concentration, especially while at work. I’m a busy mum to a 2-year-old boy who’s on the go all the time, so my concentration has certainly taken a hit over the last two years!

Here’s what I thought about Feel Focus…

Summary

I’ve been really impressed with Feel’s Focus vitamins and I’ve definitely felt some benefits from taking them over the last month. They’re easy to swallow and they don’t have any nasty aftertaste.

I think that Feel Focus is good value if you subscribe to a monthly subscription and use the discount code CHOOSEVEGAN to get a further 10% off.

Ingredients

Feel uses a science-based formula and only uses high-quality vitamins, minerals, and botanical ingredients. The company’s vitamins are inspired by Ayurvedic medicine, which originated in India over 3,000 years ago.

Feel Focus multivitamins include lots of vitamins that specifically promote the production of energy (such as B1, niacin, and B5), presumably so that you aren’t breaking into your body’s natural resources to do the same.

The vitamins are also high in B6, which is key for brain development and for keeping your body’s nervous system and immune system healthy. B12 is another key ingredient, which keeps your body’s blood and nerves healthy.

100% Vegan

I’ve tried a lot of multivitamins in the past, and I often find that it’s tricky to seek out 100% vegan options. I can’t count the number of times I’ve scanned vitamin packaging in supermarkets, generally feeling a bit confused as to whether what I’m planning to take really is vegan.

With Feel vitamins, every single ingredient is from a vegan source, which certainly made me feel more confident about taking them.

Smell & Taste

When I’ve taken multivitamins in the past, I’ve almost always been put off by a product’s overwhelming smell and taste. It’s so hard to put your finger on why certain multivitamins taste or smell funny, but I absolutely did not have that problem with Feel Focus

The vitamins have absolutely no aftertaste, and there are no nasty smells to contend with, either.

Another bonus: the vitamins are very easy to swallow, so I didn’t spend the day feeling as though I had something stuck in my throat!

Packaging

Feel Focus arrived in a very smart, easily posted box. The box seamlessly slips through your letterbox, so you don’t have to worry about being in to accept any deliveries, and the box is also fully recyclable (always a bonus nowadays).

The vitamins themselves arrive in a cute little zip-lock cellulose pouch, which is 100% plastic-free very different from what I’ve seen in the past. They look very modern, and the pouches can be composted.

Another huge bonus! I really like the idea of a vitamin being entirely recyclable and compostable

Price

Here’s the thing — vitamins can be expensive. This is probably one of the biggest barriers I’ve experienced in the past, because I always end up prioritising different bills and outgoings throughout the month.

Feel Focus is a little on the pricier side if you’re buying them on a one-off basis (£21.43 for one month). That seems quite expensive to me, but then if you subscribe to monthly deliveries, you automatically receive 30% off, which brings the price down to £15 a month.

On top of that, you can use the discount code CHOOSEVEGAN to get a further 10% OFF.

The subscription is great value for money, and I quite like the idea of everything being automated – you don’t have to worry about remembering to put in your order each month.

However, I’m entirely aware that, for some people, £12 a month is just too much to spend on multivitamins. For me, it’s something I can currently afford to spend on myself and I think there’s no better investment than your health and wellbeing.

How did they make me feel?

I’ve taken a lot of multivitamins throughout my life as a vegetarian and now a vegan. And, while they’re no substitute for eating a healthy and nutritious diet, they can make you feel better in yourself. I absolutely found this to be the case!

I’ve never taken a multivitamin specifically for mental acumen before, so I can’t comment on previous multivitamins, but Feel Focus left me with more energy, and more, well, focus!

I work in a high-pressure environment where multitasking is key, and for the last month, I feel as though I’ve been on top form. I’ve been able to juggle things better at work, and I haven’t felt quite so drained by the end of the day once my toddler has gone to bed.

While multivitamins can’t work miracles, Feel Focus has helped me!

Feel Products

One of the things that made me feel much more confident about taking Feel vitamins was the fact they’re a well-known brand with so many products to offer. As well as Feel Focus, there are 11 other multivitamin products to choose from, including options for joints, sleep, digestion, and mood.

And the best part? They’re all totally vegan.
